Description
Industrial Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer Systems
Modular Submersible Transducer Plates & Digital Generators

Immersible ultrasonic transducer plates convert standard industrial process tanks, wash basins, and chemical treatment vats into high-efficiency ultrasonic cleaning systems. Designed for retrofitting existing equipment or integrating into new multi-stage cleaning lines, these hermetically sealed stainless steel units eliminate the cost of replacing entire tank structures.
Each immersible unit integrates an array of industrial-grade 50 W piezoelectric transducers bonded to heavy-gauge stainless steel. Driven by an external digital ultrasonic generator, the system delivers high-intensity acoustic cavitation directly into the liquid bath, removing heavy oils, particulate contamination, scale, and carbon deposits.

Multi-Plate Tank Configurations
Large process tanks require balanced acoustic energy distribution throughout the fluid volume. Multiple immersible plates can be installed along the tank base and opposite sidewalls. This multi-plate layout maintains uniform cavitation density across large volumes, eliminating acoustic shadow zones and ensuring complete fluid penetration into blind holes, internal cavities, and densely racked parts.

Six Standard Mounting Configurations
The modular transducer plates support six industrial mounting configurations:
- Base-Mounted with Top Conduit Egress: The unit rests on the tank floor and radiates upward; the conduit extends above the liquid level and over the tank rim.
- Single Sidewall with Top Conduit Egress: The unit hangs vertically along one wall and radiates horizontally; the tank floor remains clear for sump drainage.
- Dual Opposed Sidewall Mount: Two units mount on opposite tank walls, radiating inward to clean parts from both sides simultaneously.
- Base-Mounted with Sidewall Bulkhead: The unit sits on the tank floor, and the cable exits through a liquid-tight bulkhead fitting in the lower tank sidewall.
- Sidewall Flush Mount with Direct Bulkhead: The unit mounts flush to the tank wall, with cable routing directly through the tank wall via a compression fitting.
- Top-Suspended Downward Radiating: The unit is suspended below the fluid surface, directing ultrasonic energy downward into open baskets.

Conduit and Cable Lead-Out Configurations
Four industrial cable lead-out options ensure liquid-tight integrity across various chemical and thermal tank environments:
- Rigid Conduit Outlet: Solid stainless steel riser pipe that acts as a rigid support bracket over the tank rim while protecting wiring from chemical exposure.
- Flexible Armored Conduit Outlet: Stainless steel braided flexible hose that allows custom cable routing around pipes, heating elements, and internal structural frame members.
- Sidewall Bulkhead Fitting: Liquid-tight compression fitting and lock nut designed for through-wall cable egress below the tank fluid level.
- Base Bulkhead Fitting: Liquid-tight bottom lock nut assembly designed for through-floor cable egress directly out the base of the tank.
Frequency Selection & Industrial Applications
Frequency Guidance
- 28 kHz (Heavy-Duty Processing): Generates large cavitation bubbles with high mechanical impact. Used for removing heavy grease, thick oils, carbon deposits, scale, rust, and for pre-treatment of raw castings and engine blocks.
- 40 kHz (Precision Processing): Generates higher bubble density with uniform energy distribution. Used for fine machining, electronics, printed circuit boards (PCBs), optical components, medical instruments, and parts with fine surface finishes.
Primary Applications
- Industrial Degreasing & Stripping: Removal of machining fluids, polishing paste, rust, and scale.
- Sonochemical Processing: Liquid mixing, dissolution of solids, chemical emulsification, and botanical extraction.
- Fluid Conditioning: Liquid defoaming, degassing of viscous liquids, and fluid atomization.
- Environmental Cleaning: Algae disruption and biological decontamination in treatment vats.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Construction
- Industrial Transducers: Driven by 50 W industrial-grade piezoelectric elements stud-welded and epoxy-bonded to the radiating surface for long operating life.
- Continuous TIG Welds: Heavy-gauge SUS304 (2.0 mm) or SUS316 (2.5 mm) enclosures are fully sealed with continuous TIG welding to withstand continuous hydrostatic pressure.
- Quality Verification: Every transducer assembly undergoes insulation resistance checks, frequency tuning, and leak pressure testing prior to shipment.

Packaging & Transport Protection
- Transducer Plates: Sealed in protective moisture-barrier film, padded with high-density edge foam, and secured inside export-grade wooden crates.
- Digital Generators: Packed separately in heavy-duty reinforced corrugated cartons with custom-molded shock-absorbent foam inserts.

Certification display including ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and official test inspection reports
Quality Certifications & Operating Rules
Regulatory Compliance
- Quality Management: ISO 9001:2015 certified production processes.
- International Standards: Fully compliant with CE, RoHS, and FCC testing requirements.
Operational Safety Instructions
- Total Fluid Submersion: Fluid must cover the radiating surface before powering on the generator. Dry operation damages the piezoelectric elements.
- Part Clearance: Maintain a minimum distance of 2 mm between cleaning parts/baskets and the radiating face to prevent plate erosion and acoustic reflection.
- Chemical Guidelines: Standard SUS304 units are compatible with neutral and mild water-soluble detergents. Strong acid or alkali baths require SUS316, hard chrome plating, or titanium construction.
- Thermal Duty Cycle: To protect internal transducers and wiring during extended production shifts, pause operation periodically (minimum 3-minute cooling break).
- Generator Protection: Position the digital generator in a dry, ventilated area away from fluid splashes, steam, and corrosive tank fumes.
