- All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order in complete, unused, and re-sellable condition to receive credit.
- Product returns after 15 days from receipt may be subject to charges greater than 20%. If, however, the return is damaged (including in-transit damage), used, or contaminated beyond reuse, then Customer is liable for up to the full amount of the order.
- Charges for damaged or used products will be determined solely by Granbo .
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
