Returns & Refund Policy

• We keep it simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt
• A refund, less 10% restocking fee will be issued for products unused and returned 30 days of receipt.
• After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
• When returning products, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (including the actual shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery to the customer)
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
• A refund will be issued within 7 business days after we have received and accepted the returned product.
  (Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.)

Products not authorized for return include

• Products not in completely re-sellable condition.
• Special Order or Customized Items can not be returned in any condition.

• Original packaging (where possible)
• The package generally includes: main body + tank lid + steel basket + power cable + instruction book, depending on the product purchased.

Each Product return must include the following information:

• Customer name and Order Number
• Date of purchase
• Model(s) of the returned item(s)
• A brief note explaining the reason for the return (Optional but helpful)

Alternatively, it’s not a problem to exchange your purchase. If you want to swap your item for another model, you will need to pay the return shipping costs (freight out and home) . Don’t forget to put a note in the return package with your details, so we know who has sent it back.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made before shipment: A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and order processing costs.
• Cancellations made after shipment: Will be treated as a standard return. Please refer to our "Easy Returns" section above.
• Special Orders or Customized Items: These orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need to make changes.

Title of all Products shall transfer to Customer upon delivery of such Products to the carrier. The Customer is responsible for all import duties for Products shipped internationally.

Please do not send returns to the shipping address on the package.
