System Wiring Guide & Operating Requirements
- The circuit board cannot be powered on without load.
- After installation, it is better not to start the machine for more than 1 minute without any cleaning fluid.
- The 60W drive board is one transducer and is connected to the terminal of the circuit board. One circuit board and one transducer are used together.
- The 120W drive board is two transducers and is connected to the terminal of the circuit board. One circuit board and two transducers are used together.
- The 180W drive board is three transducers and is connected to the terminal of the circuit board. One circuit board and three transducers are used together.
- OUT + is connected to the positive pole of the transducer, OUT – is connected to the negative pole of the transducer. The power supply L of the drive board is positive and N is negative. Parallel drive plate Lb is positive and Nb is negative. Heating PTC is positive and N is negative. The display board HT is the interface and the display board J1 is the temperature probe interface. Remember not to get it wrong.
(Note: the voltage at the output terminal of the circuit board is about 400V. Pay attention to safety. It is best to have a leakage protection switch on the input power supply to ensure safety!) - Wire Cross-Section: All transducer interconnecting wiring must use 1.5 mm² copper wire.
- Wiring Polarity: Transducers must be connected in parallel. Connect all positive tabs together to
OUT+and all negative tabs together toOUT-. Connect both heating plates (2 PCS) in parallel across theHeatterminals.

Transducer Mounting and Installation Guide
- Stud Alignment: Welded studs must sit perpendicular (90°) to the bottom surface of the tank. Tilted or skewed studs prevent uniform face-to-tank contact.
- Contact Surface: The bottom of the stainless steel tank must remain flat. Tank surface deformation will leave gaps between the transducer radiating face and the tank bottom, leading to cavitation failure and transducer overheating.
- Adhesive & Torque: Apply high-temperature epoxy adhesive evenly across the radiating contact surface before threading the transducer onto the welded stud, then torque securely into place.
