Frequency Selection

• 28 kHz (Ø 60 mm Rod): High cavitation intensity. Suitable for heavy grease, carbon deposits, hardware castings, and coarse industrial degreasing.
• 40 kHz (Ø 50 mm Rod): Fine cavitation density. Ideal for precision components, electronic parts, blind holes, delicate substrates, and liquid defoaming.

Mounting Orientations

• Top Mount: Suspended vertically from tank covers or brackets for quick removal and maintenance.
• Bottom Mount: Fixed to the bottom of the tank to project acoustic energy upward.
• Side Mount: Mounted horizontally through tank sidewalls via the flange.

Operating Instructions & Precautions

1. Submersion Required: The vibrating section of the rod must be completely immersed in liquid before turning on the power. Dry running is strictly prohibited.
2. Part Clearance: Maintain at least 2 mm (≥ 2 mm) clearance between workpieces/baskets and the rod surface to prevent surface wear.
3. Chemical Solution: Suitable for neutral, mild alkaline, or standard cleaning agents. For strong acid/alkali solutions, please select SUS316L or titanium.
4. Duty Cycle: For continuous extended runs, allow a brief pause of at least 3 minutes between long work cycles to ensure transducer longevity.
5. Generator Placement: Keep the generator in a dry, well-ventilated area away from steam, liquid splashing, and corrosive chemical vapors.
