Description
GB-382840-4SH Dual-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaner Transducer (28/40 kHz, 60W)

Product Overview & Key Advantages
The GB-382840-4SH is a dual-frequency horn-type piezoelectric transducer designed for commercial and industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems. It operates at switchable 28 kHz and 40 kHz frequencies with a rated power output of 60W, providing uniform cavitation and stable energy conversion.

- High Efficiency: Maximizes electrical-to-acoustic energy conversion.
- Large Amplitude: Delivers high mechanical vibration output.
- Low Heat Generation: Maintains low operating temperatures during continuous cycles.
- Stable Output: Delivers consistent acoustic performance.
- Cost Effective: Optimized for long service life with minimal maintenance.
- Fast Delivery: Available directly from factory stock.
Structural Design & Engineering Highlights

- Bottom Grinding Wheel Finish: The radiation base is ground flat with a fine sandwheel to ensure uniform contact and maximum adhesion to the tank plate.
- Edge Flow Horn Design: The curved profile reduces stress concentration while increasing mechanical amplitude.
- High-Grade Top Insulation: Sealed with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant insulation adhesive to prevent dielectric breakdown and ensure long-term structural integrity.
Component Breakdown

- High-Strength Hexagon Bolt: Applies calibrated pre-stress to prevent ceramic element damage under high power.
- Strong Resistance Cap: Balances vibration load distribution.
- Copper Electrode Plates: Positive and negative terminals with high electrical conductivity.
- Piezoelectric Ceramics: High-performance rings (38 × 15 × 5.0 mm).
- Frosted Radiation Surface: Sandblasted bottom face engineered for direct epoxy bonding onto stainless steel (SUS) tanks.
- Insulation Tube: Isolates the central mounting bolt from the ceramic stack.

Mounting Hardware Options:
- Sticker Stud: Welded to the SUS tank plate via a capacitive discharge stud welding gun.
- Backnail Stud: Welded to the SUS plate via standard arc welding.
Installation Guidelines

- Clean, degrease, and abrade the tank mounting surface.
- Weld the threaded mounting stud perpendicular to the stainless steel plate.
- Apply epoxy adhesive evenly to the frosted base of the transducer.
- Thread the transducer onto the stud and tighten to specified torque.
- Ensure the base makes flush, 100% surface contact with the plate. The stud must not be tilted, and no gaps or deformation should exist between the base and tank surface.
Wiring & Electrical Connection

- Cable Specification: Use wire with a cross-section of 1.5 mm².
- Connection Mode: Transducers must be wired in parallel.
- Polarity Instructions: Connect the positive (+) line from the generator to all positive electrode tabs, and the negative (-) line to all negative ground tabs.
Applications

Suitable for standard and customized ultrasonic cleaning setups:
- Ultrasonic Immersible Transducer Packs: Submersible boxes and immersible tube arrays for retrofit into existing tanks.
- Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines: Benchtop units, industrial degreasing baths, and multi-stage automated cleaning lines.
