Wiring & Electrical Connection
- Wire Specification: Conductor cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm²
- Connection Mode: Ultrasonic cleaning transducers must be connected in parallel.
- Connection Steps:
- Connect the positive electrode tab (
+) of the transducer to the circuit boardOUT+terminal. - Connect the negative electrode tab (
-) of the transducer to the circuit boardOUT-terminal. - Connect the power socket switch output lines to the AC input terminals on the driver board.
- Fasten the yellow/green earth wire securely to the metal cleaning tank chassis for grounding.
- Connect the positive electrode tab (

Transducer Installation Instructions
- Perpendicular Stud Alignment: Weld the threaded stud straight onto the stainless steel tank plate. A tilted stud prevents proper mechanical coupling.
- Flush Contact Surface: The transducer radiating surface must sit flat against the cleaning tank bottom. Eliminate any intervals, gaps, or surface bulges.
- Installation Steps:
- Step 1: Align the stud on the tank surface.
- Step 2: Weld the stud securely to the stainless steel plate.
- Step 3: Apply structural adhesive to the base and thread the transducer onto the welded stud.
- Step 4: Tighten firmly to ensure direct, flush contact with the metal bottom plate.
Instructions for Wiring Between Circuit Board and Transducer
- The circuit board cannot be powered on without load.
- After installation, do not start the machine for more than 1 minute without any cleaning fluid.
- The 60W drive board is for one transducer and is connected to the terminal of the circuit board. One circuit board and one transducer are used together.
- The 120W drive board is for two transducers and is connected to the terminal of the circuit board. One circuit board and two transducers are used together.
- The 180W drive board is for three transducers and is connected to the terminal of the circuit board. One circuit board and three transducers are used together.
OUT+is connected to the positive pole of the transducer, andOUT-is connected to the negative pole of the transducer. The power supplyLof the drive board is positive andNis negative. Parallel drive plateLbis positive andNbis negative. HeatingPTCis positive andNis negative. The display boardHTis the interface and the display boardJ1is the temperature probe interface. Remember not to get it wrong.
(Note: The voltage at the output terminal of the circuit board is about 400V. Pay attention to safety. It is best to have a leakage protection switch on the input power supply to ensure safety!)
